Mims Primeur Return and Refund Policy

At Mims Primeur, we make it a point of honor to offer you fresh and quality products, including for your orders via our click and collect service. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, we are here to support you.
Returns and Complaints

Fruits and vegetables:

 

For fruits and vegetables, it is recommended to check the quality of the products at the time of collection. If a product does not meet your expectations in terms of freshness or quality, you can report it immediately in store during collection.

If you notice a problem after collection, you have 24 hours to contact us at info@mimsprimeur.be , attaching photos of the products concerned and a brief description of the problem encountered. Due to the perishable nature of these products, only fruits and vegetables with quality defects will be eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

Delicatessen:

Delicatessen products have a 14 day return period from the date of collection, provided they are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@mimsprimeur.be with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will inspect the products before confirming their refund.

Refunds

Fruits and vegetables:

For defective or damaged fruits and vegetables, upon validation of your claim, we will offer you either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement. The refund will be made within seven business days.

 

Delicatessen:

If your return of a delicatessen product is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days of receipt and validation of the return.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty or damaged product upon collection. The initial delivery costs do not apply for click and collect.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, whether it is a fresh or delicatessen product, please contact us immediately at info@mimsprimeur.be providing photos of the affected products. We are committed to providing you with a quick solution, either by refund or replacement.
