Maison Martin 's East IPA sauce , in collaboration with Brasserie Gallia , is a hot sauce with a moderate strength level ( 5/12 , approximately 60,000 SHU ). This innovative marriage combines the hoppy and citrus notes of East IPA beer, brewed in Pantin, with Sérénade and red Habanero peppers. The result is a balanced sauce that offers an explosion of hoppy flavors with a touch of citrus, perfect for enhancing your meat, fish, or grilled vegetable dishes.
Ingredients : East IPA beer (48%), fresh peppers (40%), sugar, vinegar, salt, stabilizer (xanthan gum). The sauce contains allergens such as malt, wheat and barley.
