Maison Martin 's Mistral sauce is a hot sauce with moderate spiciness ( strength 4/12 , approximately 15,000 SHU ), made from French peppers and Maquis herbs. It is distinguished by subtle notes of toasted garlic , thyme , rosemary , and oregano , offering an authentic Provençal flavor. This sauce is perfect for enhancing your dishes such as pasta, pizza, fish, meat, as well as grilled vegetables and ratatouilles, giving them a new dimension of flavors.
The main ingredients include: fresh chili peppers (42%), water, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt, oregano, rosemary, and natural stabilizer (xanthan gum). It is prepared by hand in France in the family workshop of Maison Martin.
